Sunstone's meaning revolves around promoting joy, optimism, and self-worth, dispelling negative energies, and fostering leadership qualities and personal power. It is associated with the solar plexus and sacral chakras, and is believed to inspire new beginnings, spiritual growth, and a positive, "can-do" attitude. Historically, Vikings used Sunstone for navigation by its light-reflecting properties, and it is also linked to the Native American legend of a warrior's blood

Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones, used to soothe stress and relieve anxiety. They usually come in the shape of an oval with a thumb-sized indentation. While initially, normal rocks found in water bodies were used for the purpose, these days, worry stones are often being manufactured using semi-precious gemstones.

How to use
Hold the worry stone between the index finger and thumb, gently moving one's thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one's thumb back and forth across the stone, stimulates the hand nerves to reduce stress. It is a natural aid for self-calming, the simplest form of natural medicine.*

History
The use of worry stones has many origins. Its use has been reported in ancient Tibet, Greece, Ireland, and with many tribes in the Americas. Worry stones made by sea water were generally used by Ancient Greeks. Native American tribes would pass their worry stones on to younger generations, creating a sense of connection with their ancestors.
