Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

These terms and conditions govern the Annual £250 Gift Voucher Feedback Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) conducted by [Zen Shop Ltd], located at [162 High Street, Birmingham, B12 0LD] (the “Organizer”).

2. Eligibility

Participants must meet all of the following criteria to enter the Giveaway:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry

• Be a resident of the United Kingdom

• Submit genuine feedback via the Organizer’s designated feedback form during the entry period

• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of the Organizer or any party associated with the Giveaway

3. Entry Period

The entry window opens on 1 January each year at 00:01 GMT and closes on 31 December at 23:59 GMT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after these dates will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

2. Submit the form before the end of the Entry Period.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a £250 gift voucher redeemable at [Zen Shop Ltd]. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries within 30 days of the close of the Entry Period. The draw will be conducted under independent supervision.

The Organizer will attempt to notify the winner via replying to the feedback entry within 14 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Claiming the Prize

The winner must provide proof of identity and address upon request. The gift voucher will be sent by email within 14 days of verification.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that the Organizer may use their name and feedback (in aggregated or anonymized form) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy, available at [Privacy Policy URL].

10. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s liability is limited to awarding the prize as described in these terms.

11. General

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
