Chakras
Chakras are subtle energy centres, literally meaning “energy wheels.” They function as points of energy exchange. In fact, there are hundreds of chakra points spread throughout our subtle energy system. The most well-known are the seven main chakras, which are connected through the central energy channel that runs along the spine. When the chakras function properly, these centres act as gateways for vital life energy entering the body via channels (nadis) and meridians through the subtle body.
