30 Minute Reiki Treatment

Our 30 minute Mini Reiki treatment is perfect if you’re short on time but still need a moment to pause, reset, and rebalance.

This shorter session focuses on calming your nervous system and clearing any immediate energetic heaviness. Your practitioner will work gently with your energy to help ease stress, release tension, and restore a sense of calm. Even in half an hour, Reiki can create a noticeable shift - leaving you feeling lighter and more centred.

That said, if you’re able to, a full 60 minute session allows for deeper relaxation and a more thorough energy balance. With more time, your practitioner can work more intuitively and address multiple areas, often creating a stronger and longer-lasting shift.

A mini session is ideal for a quick energy top-up, emotional support between longer treatments, or if you’re new to Reiki and would like to try it for the first time.

Simple, grounding, and deeply relaxing - sometimes 30 minutes is all you need, but 60 minutes gives you the full experience.
