Yellow or red spell candle (for the returning Sun)

Dried rosemary (resilience + cleansing)

Frankincense + Orange oils (clarity + joy)

Himalayan salt (grounding)

Bowl of water

Paper + pen

Evergreen sprig (life endures)

Citrine or Sunstone (optional: solar energy)

How to Do It (No Experience Needed):

Set the Mood:

Dab oils (diluted in olive oil) on your wrists. Sprinkle salt in a circle or into your water bowl. Breathe.

Light the Candle:

Say: “From deepest dark, I call the spark.”

This welcomes the Sun’s return.

Offer the Green:

Place rosemary beside the flame. Whisper:

“Life persists, and light assures."

Let Go:

Write what you’re releasing. Dip the paper in saltwater. Let it dissolve.

Call in the New:

Hold your crystal or heart. Speak your hopes aloud.

Say: “I rise renewed, bold and bright.”

Close with Gratitude:

Blow the candle out. Whisper:

“The light is kindled. The path is clear.
