Chinese medicine is one of the oldest systems of healing which we have good records off - and is still followed to this day.

In this workshop we shall explore some of the main underlying principles and how they affect us - and look at how we can rebalance ourselves or use them in our healing of others.We shall look at the 5 elements, yin and yang, and the organ clock and how it can affect health and emotions.
