Even though this workshop is called an Introduction to chakras, it contains a lot of useful information for beginners and experienced alike. We shall be covering what chakras are, how to identify them and whether they are working properly - basic exercises to correct them in yourself, and ways to eat, act and move in order to keep yourself rebalanced for the future - we shall also touch on some spiritual aromatherapy, crystals and colour healing in this workshop as well as working through meditation exercises to tune you into each of your own chakras in turn.
